Srinagar: A woman was found dead at her rented accommodation in the Hamzapora area of Bijbehara in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
Quoting an official, the news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that Shakeela Akhtar, wife of Fayaz Ahmad Sheikh, resident of Parimpora Srinagar, was found dead at her rented accommodation in Hamzapura Semthan Bijbehara.
He said that police have shifted the dead body to GMC Anantnag for medico-legal formalities, and have started inquest proceedings.
