PC welcomes scores of socio-political activist from Langate & Handwara

Srinagar: Scores of socio-political activists, hailing from various political ideologies and representing Gonipora area of Langate Constituency and Chayalpati, Drugmulla areas of Handwara constituency joined the ranks of Peoples Conference today in the esteemed presence of party President Sajad Gani Lone.

This occasion witnessed a resurgence of support for the party as several prominent workers, who had previously left the fold, rejoined to reaffirm their steadfast allegiance to PC’s ideals and objectives while others, who came from different political backgrounds, also reaffirmed their faith and trust in the party leadership.

Addressing the new entrants, the PC President articulated a profound vision for the party’s future strategy while stressing the importance of grassroots engagement with the people.

“Our party’s commitment goes beyond conventional political paradigms. We are driven by a collective aspiration to uplift all strata of our society, promote prosperity and ensure that every voice is heard, valued and provided with an opportunity to thrive,” he said.

Lone emphasised the steadfast dedication of the party leadership in championing the pressing concerns of the people.

“Peoples Conference has always stood as a beacon of hope, tirelessly championing the voices of the voiceless. With the resolute support of the people, we pledge to amplify their concerns on the highest legislative institution of our nation,” he observed.

The new members, brimming with enthusiasm, expressed their dedication to the party’s cause and pledged to actively contribute to the transformative vision envisaged by PC President Sajad Gani Lone.
