Delegation of Pahari Tribe ST Forum, others call on LG

Jammu: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today interacted with the representatives of the Pahari Tribe ST Forum from different parts of Rajouri and Poonch districts at Raj Bhawan.

The members of the delegation led by Vinod Gupta expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and Lt Governor-led J&K Administration for fulfilling their commitment and extending the benefits of Scheduled Tribes to the Pahari population.

Meanwhile, Peerzada Mansoor, a former Legislator called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan, today and projected various development issues of Anantnag district.

Later in the day, Maha Mandleshwar Shri Rameshwar Dass ji Maharaj called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan, today.

A delegation of the Faculty Association of Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Raj Bhawan today.

A delegation of the Association of Recognized Colleges of Health Sciences (J&K) also called on the Lt Governor and expressed their gratitude to the UT Administration for granting approval to the filling up of leftover seats for admission to the nursing, pharmacy and various paramedical courses in J&K.
