Rajouri: A man was taken into custody by the army after he was found roaming suspiciously near the border fence along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district on Sunday, officials said.
The man was intercepted by an army patrol at Baratgalla area of Chingus around 2.30 pm, the officials said.
The man seemed to be mentally challenged and is being handed over to the police for further investigation, they said.
