Srinagar: Police in Kulgam have booked a “notorious” drug peddler under PIT-NDPS Act after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent authority, a police spokesman informed Saturday.
He said the “habitual offender and notorious drug peddler” Dilawar Javid Bhat, son of Javid Ahmad Bhat of Monghal, Anantnag, has been detained and subsequently lodged in Central Jail Kot-Bhalwal Jammu after obtaining formal detention orders from the competent authority.
