Apni Party holds workers’ convention in Charar-i-Sharief

Srinagar: Apni Party’s Provincial President, Kashmir, Mohammad Ashraf Mir, urged the party cadre on Sunday to remain in touch with the masses so that they could make people aware of the party’s pro-people agenda and policies. 

He said that the Apni Party was committed to ensuring people are out of the present uncertainty and miseries.

Mir made these comments while addressing a workers’ convention in the Charar-i-Sharief constituency in central Kashmir’s Budgam district. Party’s constituency incharge for Charar-i-Sharief, Mushtaq Zuhami, also addressed the gathering. Block President Sursyar Mohammad Sultan Dar, Youth Block President Bashir Ahmad Sheikh, Abdul Rashid Gorsi Brenwar, Ali Mohammad Brenwar, Bashir Ahmad Mir Kutbal, and other senior workers were also present at the venue.

The event was aimed to reinforce the connection between the party and the grassroots.

According to a press note issued here, Mohammad Ashraf Mir, while addressing the occasion, urged party leaders and workers to prepare themselves for the upcoming parliamentary polls.

He said, “This is the time when you need to enhance your political and public outreach activities to stay closely connected with the residents in your respective areas. This approach will effectively disseminate information about the party’s pro-people agenda and policies.”

He added, “It is imperative for people to understand that the Apni Party is dedicated to eradicating miseries and uncertainties in Jammu and Kashmir. The party’s primary agenda revolves around fostering peace, prosperity, and development in the region. Given the upcoming parliamentary elections, it is imperative to intensify public outreach activities.”
