JAMMU: Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha has condoled the passing away of Fazai Begum, mother of Manzoor Ahmed Malik, Protocol Officer Raj Bhawan.
He expressed his deepest sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace for the departed soul.
