IGNOU introduces Kashmiri language at undergraduate level

Srinagar: The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) is set to conduct the term-end examinations from December 1st, 2023, until January 9th, 2024, for various Academic Programmes.

IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar has arranged 35 examination centres across the Kashmir valley & the UT of Ladakh, expecting 34,072 learners to take part in 1,62,855 sittings. Additional centres have been set up in Uri, Sogam, Qazigund, Dooru, Thindim Kreeri, Langate, Handwara, and Gurez for the benefit of the students.

Hall Tickets for the Examinations in December 2023 are accessible on the university website www.ignou.ac.in

Students with expiring December 2023 registrations can seek guidance at the Regional Centre Srinagar for examination form submission.

Students must carry their Hall Tickets and a valid University-issued Identity Card for admission. Electronic devices, including mobile phones, are strictly prohibited in the examination halls. Detailed instructions for candidates are available on the IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar website.

For queries or assistance, students can contact the IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar at 0194-3102403 or via email at examinationrcsrinagar@ignou.ac.in between 09:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Dr. Shahnawaz Ahmad Dar, Regional Director, IGNOU Regional Centre Srinagar, stressed on the importance of following examination guidelines for a smooth examination experience.
