Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Bank MD and CEO, Baldev Prakash said on Friday that the bank will soon integrate QR Code facility to M-Pay Delight+ solution to maximize the benefits of cashless transactions for its customers.

Prakash also urged the J&K Bank customers to swap over to the M-Pay Delight+ at the earliest to avail most out of the cashless transactions.

The new facility, according to the MD and CEO, has since its formal introduction received no complaints, and has been well received by the customers.

“About a month and a half ago, Project M-Pay Delight+ was launched. Now we plan to incorporate some remarkable features in it, such as the QR Code facility, within the next fifteen to twenty days,” he said in response to a media query on why the Bank hasn’t added the QR Code facility to its online app.

The new solution with far better features, Prakash said, has been performing well over the past one and half months.

“I appeal to all the esteemed customers of the J&K Bank who still use M-Pay Delight to swap over to the M-Pay Delight+ for better performance and far greater benefits. The Play Store offers an easy way to acquire M-Pay Delight Plus,” he added.

The second phase of M-Pay Delight+, which will include all the required digital banking services, such as online loan, deposit, and investment product line trips, is scheduled for completion by December this year.
