Srinagar: Police have arrested a drug peddler and recovered psychotropic substance from his possession in Kulgam, a police spokesperson informed Monday.
He said a police party arrested one Javaid Ahmad Zargar, son of Gull Mohammad Zargar of Okay, Kulgam and recovered 12 bottles of Codeine Phosphate syrup from his possession. A case has been registered against him, police said.
