Srinagar: Former chief minister Mehbooba Mufti has requested the External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar’s assistance in the repatriation of the body of a Srinagar youth who died in a road accident in Saudi Arabia.

The former CM, on X (formerly Twitter), wrote: “Adil Shaban from Rainawari passed away in a tragic road accident in Saudi Arabia. The grieving family is desperately trying to get his body back for burial. Requesting @DrSJaishankar ji and @MEAIndia to kindly help in repatriation.”
