Farewell tribute to Abdul Hameed Dar PEM at HSS Chandilora Tangmarg

Chandilora Tangmarg: In a heartwarming gesture of appreciation, the Office of the Principal at the Government Higher Secondary School (HSS) in Chandilora Tangmarg organized an impressive farewell function to commemorate the superannuation of Abdul Hameed Dar PEM.

The event, held on August 31, 2023, was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries, dedicated faculty members, and enthusiastic students.

Presided over by Principal Zaffar Iqbal Sir, the valedictory function paid tribute to Abdul Hameed Dar’s remarkable career of devoted service. Attendees fondly recollected his unwavering dedication, sincerity, punctuality, and the passion he exhibited throughout his service years. Mr. Dar’s commitment to his profession left an indelible mark on the institution.

During the ceremony, both students and staff expressed their gratitude by presenting bouquets, garlands, and thoughtful gifts to Abdul Hameed Dar. The heartfelt tokens of appreciation conveyed the impact he had on the school community.

Notably, Abdul Hameed Dar’s contribution extended beyond the classroom. An avid adventure enthusiast, he made significant strides in the realm of sports and games. His efforts to promote physical activities among students greatly enriched their holistic development.

The farewell was marked by a touching gesture as the entire faculty accompanied Mr. Dar in a procession of vehicles to his home, signifying the camaraderie and respect he had garnered over the years.
