National Lok Adalat to be held on Sep 9 at Budgam

SRINAGAR: The District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) Budgam is going to organize National Lok Adalat on 09 September 2023 in the premises of District Court Complex Budgam and Taluka Courts at Magam, Beerwah, Chadoora and Chrarisharief.

Parties or their Advocates whose cases are pending before any Court at District Court Complex Budgam and before Taluka Courts and are desirous to settle their cases/ claims /matters through the Lok Adalat scheduled herein above shall approach the concerned Courts by or before 05-09-2023.

Besides, parties whose cases are not pending (i.e. Pre Litigation matters) in any court but desire to settle their disputes can also approach Secretary DLSA Budgam on cell nos 7006884946, 6005861030, and 9906921210 email id: dlsabudgam2020@gmail.com by or before 05-09-2023, So that their cases, claims or matters can be settled amicably in the National Lok Adalat.

Pre Litigation cases, and cases pending in Courts, shall be taken up for settlement.
