Rajouri-Reasi-Ramban road closed after massive landslide due to heavy rain

Chowkibal-Tanghdar road to remain closed on March 31, April 1

Rajouri: A link road connecting Rajouri, Reasi and Ramban district was on Friday closed due to a massive landslide following heavy rainfall in the area.

An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the landslide took place near Zero Morh in Chassana area of Reasi today morning.

He said that following the incident major road link called as Budhal-Mahore-Gool road was blocked, while an advisory was also issued asking people not to travel on the road till it is restored.
