Banihal: A woman died after being hit by a speedy truck in Banihal on Jammu-Srinagar national highway, Thursday.
Officials said that she died on the spot as the truck crushed her near the toll plaza. The deceased was identified as Aamina Begum, wife of Mohammad Iqbal, a resident of Lambar, Banihal .
After the incident, locals held a protest against the death.
