SRINAGAR: The Director Horticulture Kashmir, G R Mir led the Joint Inspection Team (JIT) on a visit to M/S Shaheen Foods and Spices at Khanmoh, Srinagar, to conduct the second Joint Inspection of the unit.

During the visit, the Director of Horticulture highlighted the importance of establishing more post-harvest units, as significant quantities of fruits are lost due to post-harvest and transport-related losses.
