Srinagar: A man was injured in a bear attack in Zawoora Zevan area of central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Wednesday, officials said.
Quoting an official, news agency KNO reported that the man identified as Mohammad Subhan Lone of Zawora Zevan was attacked by a bear today afternoon.
He said that the injured was shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The official said that a team has been deputed to the spot to capture the animal.
