Poonch: The security forces in Poonch district Saturday launched a search operation along the Line of Control in Poonch sector area.
The operation was launched after firing took place at a forward location on LoC in Poonch sector area, which continued for hours together in the late evening hours on Friday.
After this incident of firing, the official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that an operation was launched in the area and searches are being conducted both at forward location and inner side.
“The searches are going on and the operation is in progress,” the official sources said, adding that senior officers are monitoring the progress of operation—(KNO)
