Srinagar: Joint Director of Elementary Education at DSEK Shams-U-Din Tuesday died of a heart attack.
News agency KNO quoted officials at DSEK as saying that the Joint Director was on duty when he fell unconscious on the lawns of the Directorate office here.
“He was immediately rushed to hospital, but collapsed on the way,” the official said.
