SRINAGAR: Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Rajeev Rai Bhatnagar has expressed his deep grief on the sad demise of the Joint Director of Elementary Education at the Directorate of School Education Kashmir Shams-U-Din Bhat who passed away today while on duty due to a heart attack.

In his condolence, Advisor Bhatnagar said that the officer was very diligent and performed his duties extraordinarily. He added that the officer had deep vision and expertise and was very instrumental in driving positive changes in the education system.
