Nexa Hyderpora launches Maruti Suzuki’s highly anticipated off-roader Jimny

Srinagar: India’s most awaited off-roader, Jimny was unveiled today at Nexa dealership of Jamkash Vehicleades (Kashmir) Pvt. Ltd. Hyderpora.

The chief guest on the occasion was Sunny Kanwar (Regional Manager NEXA-N2). The occasion was graced by the presence Managing Director of Jamkash Vehicleades (Kashmir) Pvt. Ltd., Irfan Ahmad Narwaroo, CEO, Aawan Ahmad Narwaroo, Gaurav Dave (Area Manager Nexa), and the dignitaries from State Bank of India, Mahindra Finance, HDFC Bank, Cholamandulam Finance and J&K Bank.

Managing Director of Jamkash Vehicleades (Kashmir) Pvt. Ltd., Irfan Ahmad Narwaroo, and CEO, Aawan Ahmad Narwaroo unveiled the car while senior management of Jamkash Vehicleades Kashmir was present during the occasion which witnessed the presence of a large gathering of auto lovers and customers who had been waiting for the launch of the JIMNY.

General Manager Nexa Jamkash Hyderpora, Erfaan Gul while speaking on the occasion stated that the highly anticipated off-roader Jimny will aim at young trailblazers who want to stand out and set the trend with their unique choices.

The Jimny (5-door) will be available in Zeta and Alpha variants with Automatic and Manual transmission choices targeted to excite passionate and professional SUV enthusiasts. Taking forward NEXA’s design philosophy of ‘Crafted Futurism’, the Jimny further accentuates a new design character in NEXA’s SUV portfolio. It also bolsters the three key pillars of NEXpression, NEXtech, and NEXperience.

With its timeless design and exceptional off-road capabilities powered by Suzuki’s ALLGRIP PRO (4WD) technology, the Jimny has been breaking stereotypes for over 5 decades since its global debut in 1970. Beneath its sturdy exterior, the Jimny boasts a proven 1.5L K-series engine with Idle Start-Stop technology. With optimized torque delivery and specially tuned 5-speed manual and 4-speed automatic transmission options, the Jimny delivers a seamless and exhilarating driving experience. It offers an amazing fuel efficiency* of 16.94km/l for 5-speed MT and 16.39km/l for 4-speed AT.
