GOC Dagger Division visits Gaash Coaching Centre in old town Baramulla

Baramulla: Maj Gen Rajesh Sethi, GOC, Dagger Division in a goodwill gesture visited Gaash Coaching Centre in Mohalla Khawaja Sahib Old Town Baramulla on 10 Jun 23.

Gaash Coaching Centre is being run by Sheikh Mudasir which offers children from under privileged background academic coaching. In addition exposure to extra co-curricular activities and sports is given in order to ensure their overall development and weave them into the mainstream.

GOC interacted with the parents and students of Gaash Coaching Centre and appreciated the efforts of Sheikh Mudasir.

A computer was presented for starting computer education in the centre. In addition stationary, cricket kit and matting were distributed for the students and the coaching centre.

The visit was well appreciated by the parents and locals of the area and same shall go a long way in nurturing the future of the children and bringing peace and tranquility.
