Srinagar: Police on Tuesday said that a 14-year-old boy tried to set himself afire over some “romantic issue” in the Noorbagh area of Srinagar.
“One Juvenile (identity hidden) aged 14 years of Rakh Colony Noorbagh tried to self-immolate himself, over some romantic relationship issue. He was rushed to SMHS hospital by responsible citizens. He has sustained minor burn injuries & is stable. Cognisance by safakadal PS taken,” said Srinagar Police in a tweet.
