Jammu: Ten passengers travelling in a bus sustained injuries in a road accident that took place at Nomain on Katra-Jammu highway.
The accident took place when a bus carrying pilgrims turned turtle on the highway. The pilgrims were returning from Vaishnoo Devi shrine.
Police said that a bus (HR38Y-0111) was on way to Jammu from Katra when at a sharp turn at Nomain area on Katra-Jammu road, it turned turtle.
Ten passengers sustained injuries in the accident, who were taken to Community Health Center Katra for treatment.
Police said they have registered a case in this regard.
