Srinagar: The ongoing Nationwide “Jai Bharat Satyagraha” was launched against the loot of the Nation’s wealth by Modi Adani Nexus and in protest against the erroneous conviction and disqualification of Rahul Gandhi.

Congress party, despite the malicious propaganda and vendetta politics, shall continue to raise its voice against open loot and intimidation of opposition on the part of the Modi Govt.

J&K Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Vikar Rasool Wani made these comments while reviewing the ongoing Nationwide Jai Bharat Satyagraha in all the districts of Kashmir in a meeting held today at Srinagar Party Office.

Wani received feedback about the Press Conferences and the protests held in the districts against the loot of the Nation’s wealth, erroneous conviction, and disqualification of Rahul Gandhi for raising the Modani issue in the Lok Sabha.

JKPCC Chief said the Modi Govt after failing to respond to Rahul Gandhi’s questions over relations with the Adani Group of companies adopted a policy of intimidation of the opposition even inside the Lok Sabha, so that questions over the Adani issue were not raised by the opposition especially Congress Party, but it (Modi Govt) could not scare Congress, so the urgent disqualification of Rahul Gandhi from Lok Sabha was done after the court verdict in order to divert the attention from the issues concerning Nation.

Congress will continue to raise the issue ‘whatever’ be it Modani nexus or any other policy detrimental to the National interest and people’s rights, JKPCC Chief added and urged upon the DCC Presidents, Incharges, and Co Incharges of the Districts present in the meeting to vigorously follow the Nationwide programme and make it a big success like Bharat Jodo Yatra, for the fact, the programme was launched against the loot and corruption being done by Modi Govt.

Wani further said it is the right for the opposition parties to unite and fight the nefarious designs of the BJP. After Rahul Gandhi’s conviction and disqualification, they will have to think over the future of India, which seems to be bleak given the BJP’s hypocrisy, loot of the Nation’s wealth, and intimidation of opposition aiming to choke the genuine voices being raised against it(Govt).

Senior Congress Leaders, Former Legislators, DCC Presidents, and newly appointed District/Co District Incharges spoke at length on the significance of Jai Bharat Satyagraha.
