He had an exclusive interactive session with the candidates entirely based on the expectation and questions of the candidates. He spoke about the way India and J&K were moving forward and co-related the same with the evolved role, responsibilities, and expectations from Public servants. He discussed in detail the benchmark expectations from candidates by UPSC/JKPSC in examinations like IAS/JKAS. He told how important it was for the candidates to understand the requirement of a multifarious job like that of the public servant before entering the service itself.

Dr. Shahid Iqbal emphasized on the students to have an open mind to learning, be mindful of their strengths and weakness, and not fall into the trap of herd mentality. He exhorted upon candidates to not get disheartened if they are not able to clear the exam but take the learning to become better individuals and citizens.

During the entire interaction, students gave feedback regarding ongoing PARVAAZ scheme courses and expressed gratitude to the J&K government for running such a scheme to give wings to the aspiration of thousands of youth of the UT.

During the event, CEO Mission Youth felicitated the PARVAAZ candidate who cleared the recently declared JKAS examination.

The students requested the CEO to keep organizing more such interactive sessions in the future also.
