Baramulla: President Municipal Council Baramulla, Touseef Raina, on Monday appealed to the Lt. Governor Administration to ensure that the impact of the proposed anti-encroachment drive is negligible on the poor.

“Govt should make sure the anti-encroachment drive does not hurt the poor and disadvantaged. However, the big fishes involved in encroachment of the state land should be dealt with very strictly,” said Touseef Raina.
