The ACS enquired about the progress of online reporting, monitoring and analysis dashboard/module for projects of agriculture sectors being cleared by the Apex Committee.

It was told that 29 projects of agriculture and allied sectors would be brought under the ambit of this high-tech system and later others could also be integrated into the system.

On the occasion, several teams, consisting of experts from the agri-allied sector and NIC, were also constituted for workflow and logic charts and subsequently creating programming. The ACS asked the concerned that logic diagrams should be shared with the Head of the Departments and VCs of SKAUST-K/J for their comments before programming.

He said a system should be in place which can integrate agri-stack and all the centrally sponsored and other schemes.

He impressed upon all the concerned to coordinate among themselves so that the workflow would be completed as soon as possible to finish the dashboard in the shortest possible time.

Earlier, Dulloo held a detailed discussion on several aspects with respect to the development of this digital platform, including implementation guidelines, financial framework, implementation framework, and monitorable indicators.

He told the officers that the monitoring dashboard would be one among the several unprecedented interventions to transform agriculture and allied sectors in J&K and these 29 projects are a part of that initiative.

He said that the Agriculture Production Department intends to establish a web-based reporting, monitoring and analysis dashboard/module that will provide an interface to the targeted beneficiaries.

The meeting also deliberated upon several monitorable indicators of 29 projects envisaging transformation of agriculture and allied sectors in J&K.
