Shopian: An Automated Milk Collection Center (AMCC) was inaugurated today by Jammu & Kashmir Rural Livelihoods Mission (UMEED) at Keshwa Chitragam Shopian as Women Dairy Cooperative.
The inauguration was done in presence of Branch Head JK Bank Chitragam Umar, Sajad Ahmed, JKMPCL, District Programme Managers from NRLM Irfan Basheer & Uzma Mehraj in a centralized ceremony carried out by Cluster Level Federation NRLM Chitragam.
On the occasion, Branch Head, JK Bank Chitragam applauded the efforts made by JKRLM and JKMPCL for establishing such kind of rural livelihoods ventures which are women-centric and youth-focused.
Sajad Ahmed said that more AMCCs will be established in collaboration with JKRLM in Shopian.
