Srinagar: Police in Bandipora have arrested four gamblers and seized stake money from their possession, a police spokesman informed Saturday.

Acting on specific information about the presence of gamblers in Vijpara area of Hajin, a police party raided the specific site and arrested four gamblers on the spot, he said, and identified the arrested gamblers as Bilal Ahmad Shah, son of Abdil Aziz Shah; Feroz Ahmad Goroo, son of Mohammad Hayat Goroo; Imtiyaz Ahmad Reshi, son of Ghulam Rasool Reshi; and Manzoor Ahmad Shah, son of Ghulam Mohammad Shah, all residents of Khomina Baharabad Hajin.
