Srinagar: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Srinagar, Mohammad Aijaz Asad, a team of District Administration, Srinagar visited Alamgari Bazar area of the city where two residential houses were damaged in a fire incident today.

On the occasion, the team provided immediate assistance to the fire victims consisting of four families residing in the houses which were damaged in the fire incident.

On the occasion an immediate assistance in the form of 40 blankets, 20 mattresses, 20 bed-sheets and 4 kitchen sets, in addition Rs 20,000  (Rs 5000 each) were also provided to all four affected families out of the Red Cross Fund, an official press release informed.
