Welcoming the new entrant into the party fold, Nasir hoped that his joining will strengthen the underway efforts of the party to protect the unique identity of Jammu and Kashmir. “Our people are facing a big threat from divisive forces. We all need to come together to defeat them. Choudhary’s Sahib’s presence in our ranks will undoubtedly fortify our base in Breng Kokernag belt in particular and the entire South Kashmir in general,” he said.

Senior leader Mian Altaf while welcoming Choudhary Zaffar said, “The joining of Choudhary Sahib will certainly strengthen our base in South Kashmir areas. I am sure that the party will benefit from Choudhary Sahib’s experience in public life and social service. It’s now imperative on them to carry forward the party legacy and counter forces inimical to brotherhood in J&K. We have to work day in and day out to counter the bogus narratives of these hostile forces.”

On the occasion, Choudhary Zaffar vowed to strengthen the party cadre on the ground and fortify its base in Kokernag and the entire South Kashmir.
