Written exam for recruitment in border battalions on Oct 26: Police

Srinagar: Chairman Police Recruitment Board Saturday announced written examination dates for the candidates of Jammu and Kashmir for recruitment in two Border Battalions.

The notification issued in this regard reads that all the eligible candidates of UT of J&K who after having applied for the post of Constable in 02 Border Battalions of J&K Police and have qualified Physical Endurance Test/Physical Standard Test (PET/PST) and conform to the prescribed eligibility criteria, will have to sit for their written examination on October 26, 2022 (Wednesday) from 1100 hours to 1300 hours simultaneously at Jammu and Srinagar.

It further reads that, details of centres of examination shall be reflected in their respective Admit Cards which will be available for downloading on official website of J&K Police i.e www.jkpolice.gov.in w.e.f 17.10.2022 (1000 hours).

The question paper will consist of 100 Objective Type Questions to be attempted in two hours.
