MTOA announces new Managing Committee for 2022-2025

Mumbai: Maharashtra Tour Organisers’ Association (MTOA) has announced the new Managing Committee for 2022-2025.

The elections to choose the new Managing Committee were held on September 18, 2022.

Those elected include President Vishvajeet Patil, Vice President Uday Kadam, General Secretary Rajan Parekh, Treasurer Rajesh Vira, Joint Secretary Datta Bhalerao and Tushar Sanas, Committee Members Chetan Dunakhe, Devendra Gandre, and Kishore Savardekar

Vishvajeet Patil, Director Raja Rani Travels Pvt. Ltd, after being elected as President of MTOA has said: “The Travel Industry has suffered a lot over the last 3 years due to Pandemic & is now slowly gearing up for the coming Diwali & Christmas holidays and is very optimistic of a good Summer Holiday season in 2023 for both Domestic and International travelers.”

“With a new young & dynamic MTOA team in place, we also plan to commence an MTOA Membership drive all over Maharashtra in the coming months to increase the strength of our MTOA Members. There is no looking back now with the Pandemic behind us, the future looks very promising for the entire Tourism Industry,” said Patil.

“MTOA also aims to bring all Tour operators registered in Maharashtra together and work closely with each other for growing together and also mutual benefits to its fellow Members,” he said.

Patil further said: “MTOA coordinates with State Tourism Boards and National Tourism Boards for better promotion of tourism in Maharashtra, India, and Globally, thereby ensuring proper information is communicated to tour operators about the rules and regulations of Central Govt., State Govt., Railways, Airlines, Transport Department, Various Permits/Licenses, Consulate’s and various other travel related details.”

“MTOA Organizes Domestic & International FAM tours and various other travel-related events to enhance knowledge and fellowship amongst its members. It is the oldest Travel association in Maharashtra having celebrated its 50th Year in 2019,” he added.
