DGP decorates newly promoted DySsP

Srinagar: In two separate pipping ceremonies held at Police Headquarters today, the Director General of Police J&K, Dilbag Singh, decorated newly promoted DySsP and Director Telecomm J&K Shridhar Patil decorated newly promoted NGOs of Telecom cadre who were recently promoted to the present rank.

The DGP decorated Mohd Abass, Mohd Ashraf, Sheikh Mushtaq, Riyaz Ahmad, Shagufta Shabnam, Abid Hussain, Khursheed Ahmad, Shahnawaz Sheikh, Shahnawaz Wakil, Muzaffar Ahmad, Javid Hussain, Manzoor Ahmed, Fazal-u-Din, Abdul Qayoom and Khalid Raza with the rank of DySP.

ADGP Armed J&K, SJM Gillani, ADGP headquarters PHQ MK Sinha, IGP Traffic, J&K, Vikramjit Singh, DIG CKR, Sujit Kumar, DIG AP/IR Kashmir, Shahid Mehraj, DPT J&K, Shridhar Patil and other officers of Telecom department were present on the occasion. 

In another pipping ceremony, Director Telecom J&K decorated the newly promoted NGOs which included 02 Inspectors, Shameem Ahmad and Ghulam Ali Malla, 01 Sub-Inspector Tariq Ahmad, and 02 Assistant Sub-Inspectors, Nayeem Ahmad Wani and Satbir Singh.

The DGP J&K congratulated the officers and their families and impressed upon them to work with more dedication for the people and department. He wished them good luck for the future.
