Seekers organizes ‘Open Debate Competition’ for youth at GDC Baramulla

Srinagar: Seekers organised an Open Debate Competition for the youth of Baramulla at Govt Degree College Baramulla on July 23, 2022. 

The Debate was organised in two categories, Under 18 yrs of age and above 18 yrs of age in which four schools and two Colleges participated.

The topic for the under 18 yrs of age was “Social Media: Modern age Boon or Bane”. The topic for the above 18 years was “Artificial Intelligence-A Boon or Bane for Humanity”.

Students from all the institutions have given their best effort in the Debate. A total of 350 Students and 55 teachers from various schools and colleges witnessed the event.

Dr. Farooq Md Rather Principal, Government Degree College at the end of the competition thanked Dagger Division for providing such a wonderful platform for so many students of various schools and colleges. 

The contemporary topic for the debate competition was appreciated which tickled the young minds towards right direction. Maj Gen Ajay Chandpuria, VSM graced the occasion and motivated all the winners and participants.
