He impressed upon the police authorities to put in place a fool proof security mechanism so that the Eid Nimaz is conducted smoothly at all the major Eid Congregational sites.

“The PHE, PDD should ensure uninterrupted supply of water and power supply to all the main shrine and its catchment areas especially during the Eid prayer times.”

Sagar also asked the administration to make checks of various CAPD depots and directed the concerned officers to ensure the availability of food grains and other essential items like LPG, and K.Oil for the general convenience of the people.

Calling for rationalising the prices of sacrificial animals, he impressed upon the administration to ensure that government rate lists are strictly adhered to by traders. Sagar also sought round-the-clock public utility facilities to the public during the Eid Days.
