Rajini Bala’s husband shifted from DSEK to DSEJ

Srinagar: The School Education Department on Thursday said it has shifted the husband of slain teacher Rajini Bala’s husband to Jammu region.

Bala’s husband Raj Kumar Attri, a teacher, was posted at BMS at Mirhama in Kulgam district of south Kashmir.

A local news agency KNO reported that Principal Secretary, School Education Department, in an order said that Attri had requested to be posted in Jammu region following the incident that occurred at GHS Gopalpora, Kulgam on May-31 in which her wife Rajini Bala was shot dead by militants.

Subsequently, the principal secretary said, “The services of Raj Kumar Attri, teacher at BMS Mirhama District Kulgam are hereby placed at the disposal of Director School Education, Jammu for further suitable adjustment in District Samba.”
