The visiting employees apprised the party President about various issues concerning them. They said that they were appointed as an inter-district employees association in the Kashmir division by JKSSRB from 2007 onwards. “After serving in Kashmir division for more than fifteen years, being the residents of J&K, their transfer has not been ordered to date.”

“We have already sent representation to the government, regarding a suitable development policy but unfortunately nothing has been done in our favor. Our fate has been left in the lurch. It is difficult for us to live away from our homes for so long. We have applied for inter-district transfer as per directions of various departments in ATD  in the month of February 2021, but there is no outcome to date,” they said.

They further stated that they have been moving from pillar to post but all that have been of no avail. Dr Farooq was all ears to the visiting delegation members and assured them that he will take up the matter at all appropriate levels.
