Jammu: The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference senior leader and Former Speaker Mubarak Gul on Sunday visited Bantalab, Jammu to condole and express sympathies with the bereaved family of slain Kashmir Pandit Rahul Bhat.

On the occasion, he was accompanied by Bhushan Lal Bhat, Younis Gul, Sudarshan, Kakaji Bhan and others. Joined in by party functionaries, he expressed profound sympathies with the father of the deceased: Bitta Ji Bhat on behalf of the party President Dr Farooq Abdullah and Vice President Omar Abdullah.

Meanwhile, District President Pulwama Ghulam Mohuidin Mir today visited the residence of slain SPO Reyaz Ahmad Thoker to express sympathies and condolences with bereaved family. Joined in by party’s local unit functionaries he offered Fatiha for the deceased on the occasion.
