Budgam: A 17-years-old girl committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Wednesday.
Quoting sources, news agency KNO reported that the girl from Tilsara consumed some poisonous substance at her home following which she was rushed to the hospital where doctors declared her dead.
After medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to her relatives for last rites, police said, adding a case has been registered in this regard.
