JAMMU: Apni Party Senior Vice President Ghulam Hassan Mir today said that the party has received an encouraging response from every section of society in Jammu and Kashmir.

Mir was addressing a joining programme organized at the Party office in Gandhi Nagar in presence of senior leaders from Jammu division.

The joining programme was organized by Vice President Women Wing, Pavneet Kour. Prominent among those who joined Apni Party included Soniya Kumari, Muskan, Anju Bala, Nishu Sharma, Renu Sharma and Nisha Sharma and others.

While welcoming them into the Party fold, Mir said hoped that their joining will help the party to strengthen roots in the society and make people aware about the policies and programmes of the Party.

He said that “The women are an important part of the society and hence, their representation is important especially in the political field and the Apni Party is committed for their social, economical, educational and political upliftment.” He appreciated the leadership of the women’s wing.
