Srinagar: Apni Party chief, Syed Altaf Bukhari on Monday alleged that People’s Democratic Party (PDP) was “pushing the J&K youth towards the graveyard through its emotional politics”.

“Otherwise I haven’t seen the PDP anywhere on the ground. They are playing with the emotions of the youth and call it politics. May God protect us from that,” Bukhari told the media in Srinagar.

The former minister also condemned the recent civilian killings at Hyderpora area of Srinagar during an alleged encounter.

Interestingly, Bukhari himself has been part of the PDP in the past and has served Finance minister and Education minister in the PDP-BJP government in J&K.
