ACS assured the participants that SHA will provide all possible assistance to the hospitals in effective implementation of AB PM -JAY SEHAT scheme. He also sought their cooperation in this regard for larger interest of the beneficiaries.

ACS also sought suggestions from the hospital administrators for further streamlining healthcare services being extended to the patients.

Pertinently, more than 45 private healthcare institutions of J&K have been empanelled with Ayushman Bharat, a scheme that provides Health Insurance Cover of Rs.5 lakh per family per year to all inhabitants of the UT including serving and retired employees.
