Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Sunday reported 165 fresh cases of COVID-19, while no virus-related death was reported in the last 24 hours, officials said.
Of the fresh cases, they said 156 were reported from Kashmir and nine from Jammu region.
With these fresh cases, the cumulative total of recorded positive cases has risen to 3,33,076 while so far 4,440 people have succumbed to the viral infection, including 2,263 in Kashmir and 2,177 in Jammu division.
So far a total of 3,27,483 patients have recovered including 103 recoveries in the last 24 hours, officials said.
They also said currently there are 1,153 active cases in J&K — 1,026 in Kashmir and 127 in Jammu division.
On vaccination, the daily media bulletin informed that 52,803 doses of COVID vaccine were administered in the last 24 hours bringing the cumulative number of doses administered across J&K so far to 1,51,69,165.
