Srinagar: At least six persons were injured in a road accident at Kullan Gund area of Kangan in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Saturday.
An official said that two cars (JK01T-4288 and JK07-4408) collided with each other at Kullan Gund resulting in injuries to six persons.
He identified the injured persons as Kulsooma Bano and her brother Imtiyaz Ahmad Kuloo of Ramwari, Gund; Rozy Jan, of Rezan; Aadil Lone, Tariq Ahmad Lone, and Shahid Ahmad Lone, all residents of Ramwari Gund.
An official said that the injured persons were brought to PHC Kullan, wherefrom they were referred to SDH Kangan for further treatment.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and investigation is on.
