Jammu: Crime Branch Jammu on Wednesday produced a chargesheet against three persons accused of grabbing land in Samba district.
In a statement, a spokesperson said that Crime Branch Jammu produced chargesheet against land- grabbers for their involvement in criminal conspiracy and selling out a piece of 7 Marlas land belonging to the complainant after preparing a false and fictitious agreement to sell it.
The accused are Ashok Kumar, son of Sita Ram; Rajesh Kumar Sharma, son of Roop Lal, and Thakur Dass, son of Late Sant Ram—all residents of Samba, the spokesperson said.
