With respect to employment generation he suggested a framework named Legalized IT kiosks. He asks for introduction of Legalized and Licensed IT Services kiosks to handle various G2C e-services to public.

Vishwasthali claims it would provide another employment avenue across the UT besides providing uniform structure to assess these e-services throughout J&K. He hoped that this arrangement would help in fixation of rate for accessing these e-services and would help in dissemination of right information to the masses.

In the 5th episode of monthly radio talk show ‘Awaam ki Awaaz’ the LG Manoj Sinha appreciated M.K. Vishwasthali’s suggestions and directed the concerned officers to take rightful action regarding the same.
