Jammu: Security forces recovered arms and ammunition during a search operation that was launched on the intervening night of Thursday and Friday in Samba district.
Officials told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the operation was launched in Babbar Nallah area of Samba based on a specific tip off.
They said that during the operation a consignment of arms and ammunition was recovered that was kept hidden near Babbar Nallah.
They said that 2 pistols, over 100 bullets, magazines and one pipe like structure have been recovered so far, while the operation was still going on—(KNO)
