Irfan has suggested that the introduction of the subject in educational institutions would develop expertise in planning and management of rural development programmes with focus on participatory development and innovation.

He further professes that the subject has the potential to produce developmental experts having appreciation of the rights and entitlements of the rural poor and the socially disadvantaged groups. “Besides having right attitudes and values necessary for rural development, positive thinking and better leadership qualities.”

Irfan showed his excitement that his suggestions has been given consideration and broadcasted throughout J&K. He exudes hope that such an importance to the suggestions of commoners is praiseworthy.
